We all have wounds, whether we realize them or not. When we realize we have wounds, we may assume they are always going to be there. What if we could allow Jesus to slow us down to prayerfully heal from our wounds, some of which go back to early childhood? What if we could recognize the cycles of how trauma is passed down through generations? What if we could forgive those who have hurt us without making it a huge deal, and avoiding unnecessary drama? What if we could transform trauma into something very holy and life-giving? What if we could limit the trauma we pass down, even if unintentionally, to the next generation? We hear a lot about spiritual warfare and generational spirits – how should a faithful Catholic respond to those concepts? Jesus wants to set us free from our past and bless our families deeply – come find out more!
